“Move Over” for utility workers in Tennessee.  It’s the law.

The Move Over law has been expanded in the state of Tennessee and now requires vehicles to move over and/or slow down when passing utility workers and equipment.  For more information about these changes, click here.

Rebates available on four types of Energy Star^® appliances.

The state’s appliance rebate program is now available to Tennessee residents who purchase select types of Energy Star® appliances.  Rebates are eligible on purchases made after April 22, 2010 and are distributed on a first-come, first served basis. Go “Green” with Erwin Utilities and TVA’s Green Power Switch^®

Go to www.energyright.com and complete a home energy survey to learn how you can lower your electricity use and save money.  In return, we’ll send you a home energy audit AND a free energy conservation kit provided by TVA filled with items such as compact fluorescent light bulbs to help you reduce your electric bill.

Can you spare a few pennies to help your neighbor?
